Prehung Door Installation
Full prehung unit installation — frame, door, and hardware. We set the frame plumb and level in the rough opening, shim, nail, and trim so the door swings and latches cleanly on the first try.
Slab Door Hanging
Customer-supplied or sourced slab door hung in an existing frame. We mortise hinges, bore for hardware, and fit the door to the existing opening with correct clearances on all four sides.
Pocket Door Installation
Pocket door frame installation in new or existing walls. We open the wall, install the pocket kit, hang the door, and patch the drywall so the opening is clean and hardware is accessible.
Hardware & Locksets
Passage sets, privacy locks, closet pulls, and hinges. We bore and install all hardware and adjust strike plates for smooth latching. Finish matching across the whole floor is our default.
Full-House Door Replacement
Replace every interior door in a home in one coordinated project. We stage deliveries, work room-to-room, and install casing to match so the result reads as a single design decision.

We measure each opening for height, width, and rough-in dimensions, and confirm handing (swing direction). We flag any openings that need framing adjustment before ordering.
Sourcing & Delivery
We can source doors and hardware or work with materials you supply. We confirm all specs before order to avoid return trips. Lead times are included in your written estimate.
Installation & Trim
Each door hung plumb, hardware set, casing applied and nail-filled. We adjust until the door swings and latches correctly before moving to the next opening.

A prehung door comes with the frame already assembled around it. The whole unit drops into the rough opening. A slab is just the door panel, hung inside an existing frame using mortised hinges. Prehung is standard for new openings; slab is for replacing a damaged door while keeping the existing frame.
Yes. Full-house replacement is a common project. We stage door deliveries, work room-to-room, and install casing in a single coordinated sequence. Doing all doors at once lets us match hardware finishes and profile choices consistently.
Most residential openings are 80 inches high with widths from 24 to 36 inches, all standard prehung sizes. Odd openings from older construction can be framed to fit. We measure each opening and confirm sizing before ordering to avoid surprises.
