LED Riser Lighting
Warm LED strips recessed into each riser, wired to a switch or dimmer. We rout the channel, run the low-voltage line, and finish the trim so no hardware shows.
Mosaic and Tile Treads
Geometric stone mosaic set on treads, risers, and the landing floor. Layout is dry-set first so the pattern lines up across every step before anything is bonded.
Railings and Handrails
Metal or wood handrails, newel posts, and balusters set to code height and spacing. Anchored into framing, not just drywall.
Feature Walls and Landings
Backlit geometric panelling on the stairwell wall and reworked landings, so the staircase reads as one finished piece instead of three separate jobs.
Tread and Stringer Rebuilds
Squeaking, worn, or out-of-level stairs stripped back to the stringers and rebuilt. We correct rise and run before any finish goes on.
Trim and Skirt Board
Skirt boards, cove, and shoe scribed to the stair profile so the staircase matches the trim standard in the rest of the house.

How It Works
Step 1
Walk the Stairs
We measure the rise and run on every step, check the stringers and framing underneath, and go through tread, railing, and lighting options with you. That walkthrough is what turns the ballpark number into a firm labor quote.
Step 2
Demo and Structural Work
Old treads, railings, and trim come off, and anything out of level gets corrected at the stringer before a finish material is ordered. Low-voltage runs for riser lighting are pulled at this stage, while the framing is still open.
Step 3
Install, Finish, and Walkthrough
Treads, mosaic, railings, skirt boards, and trim go on in order, dry-set first so the pattern lines up across every step. We finish with a walkthrough together so anything you want adjusted gets handled before we leave.

Usually yes. We rout a channel into the existing risers, run the low-voltage line back to a switch or dimmer, and re-trim so none of the hardware is visible. If the risers are too thin to rout safely we will tell you before we start.
A railing swap or a lighting retrofit is typically a few days. A full rebuild with new treads, mosaic tile, and a feature wall usually runs one to two weeks. We give you the stage-by-stage schedule before work starts.
