What We Do

Bathroom Remodeling Services

  • Full Gut and Rebuild

Down to the studs and back. We pull the old fixtures, check the framing and subfloor for rot, correct anything the last install got wrong, and rebuild from a surface that is flat and square before a single tile goes down.

  • Waterproofing and Shower Pans

The part nobody sees and everybody pays for twice. Membrane, sloped pan, and sealed corners go in before tile, because a shower that was not waterproofed correctly shows up as a ceiling stain downstairs about two years later.

  • Marble and Porcelain Tile

Bookmatched slabs, large format porcelain, and herringbone marble floors. Layout gets dry-set and centered first so cuts land where they should, and grout lines carry through from wall to floor instead of jogging at the corner.

  • Vanities, Niches, and Millwork

Our carpentry specialty applied to a wet room. Built-in niches framed square and trimmed in the same stone as the walls, corner seats, floating vanities, and casing that lines up with the rest of the house.

  • Fixtures and Lighting

Rain heads, multi-jet valves, freestanding tub fillers, and LED cove lighting. We coordinate the rough plumbing and electrical before the walls close, so the finish hardware lands exactly where the design put it.

A bathroom remodel involves opening walls, ceilings, and floors. Before any finish work goes in, we assess the actual condition: subfloor integrity, waterproofing, framing. Some jobs need a permit. We tell you which yours is before work starts.

Our Process

How It Works

Step 1

Walk the Space

We look at what is behind the tile before quoting anything. Existing plumbing runs, venting, subfloor condition, and whether the last remodel waterproofed the shower correctly all decide what the rebuild actually costs.

Step 2

Demo and Waterproof

Old surfaces out, framing corrected, rough plumbing and electrical set, then membrane and pan. This stage gets finished and checked completely before any stone is ordered, because everything decorative sits on top of it.

Step 3

Set Stone and Finish

Tile, slab, and millwork last. Layout gets dry-set so the bookmatch lands centered, then niches, vanity, trim, and fixtures go in by the same crew that framed the room.

Common Questions

FAQ

  • Most full bathrooms run three to six weeks. Demo and rough-in move fast. The schedule is usually set by slab lead times and by how much of the waterproofing behind the old tile has to be corrected.
  • Not if you have a second bathroom. We contain the work area, run dust protection, and clean the path in and out every day. If it is the only bathroom in the house we will tell you up front which weeks it is out of service.
  • Yes, and it usually means opening the wall. A leaking shower is almost always a failed pan or an unsealed corner, not the grout. We find where the water is actually going before quoting a repair, because patching the surface on a bad pan just delays the same call.
  • It depends on square footage, whether plumbing moves, and whether you are in porcelain or natural stone. Get a complimentary estimate and we will price your actual room rather than a range that means nothing.
